The Perfect Swimsuit
Each summer season I like to add one or two new swimsuits into my collection. This summer, my search for a perfect swimsuit took a LONG time! I know there are probably thousands of options out there, but for some reason this year I had a really hard time to find that one piece until I laid my eye on this set……
The brand of this check print bikini set is by GANNI. The first thing caught my eye about this set is the check print. The way how the print is designed plus the cloque fabric , together they make the print looks dynamic and 3D. On top of that, the off-shoulder and ruffle combo are just everything I could possibly hope for. It adds movement and feminine touch to the top.
My life has been crazy lately with my sister’s wedding approaching (in 4 days) and my whole family from China are here. Going out to shoot for my blog has literally shift from being a work to a moment of relaxation and meditation. Today I took it to another level….. I brought my pillows, blankets, lantern & book with me. You might thought I was stylizing for the shoot. However, I actually truly took the time and opportunity to read Michelle Obama’s “Becoming” book and enjoyed the peaceful sunset at the beach while my photographer taking photos of me.
Experiences like this reminded me how life can just be what you see it to be. Sometimes work is work, some other times work could just be something fun, a break or a time to relax…… Make the best of what is happening in your life is the best thing you can do for yourself!
