Shop Affordable Fashion from Amazon

Last month, I wrote a post about a goddess maxi dress under $50, and I got a lot of positive feedback. Now I am more motivated to share more affordable fashion. After all, fashion is not about chasing luxury brands or breaking your bank, instead, it should be a way of expressing yourself and being creative.

Going to Amazon to shop for fashion might still be something new to many people. It’s hard to associate “chic” with the go-to website for electronic, household and grocery items. However, if you really dig into it, you will find that Amazon actually has been making efforts in bringing chic but affordable fashion collection to the market. The drop is one of their very successful launch, which is a Limited-edition street style clothes, designed by global influencers.

I scored this lovely halter maxi polka dot dress from amazon just by searching “polka dots dress”. I know, I’m that type of girl who just can’t have enough of Polka dots. I placed the order without thinking too much because of the low price. It feels good that you don’t have to worry about money when you buying low priced item every once a while.

After I received this dress, I tried it on immediately. I love how flowy the dress is. The design is also quite unique and interesting but the quality is not good. You can tell it is cheaply made and the fit isn’t perfect. However, if you are willing to be creative, use right accessories to lift your look like what I did in this look. I think it is still fun every once a while to challenge yourself.

What I did was I replaced the original gift wrapping ribbon belt with a black flower belt to emphasize the waistline and also add some texture, then whimsically put on some flower earrings and flower shoes when I was wandering around the rose garden. Tango, anyone?
