Spring Skincare Must-haves

Lately, I have been busy prepping my wardrobe for the warmer months and updating my beauty cabinet. As more and more brands and PR companies sending me beauty products to try out, I have discovered quite a bit of product I am really impressed with. I decided to compile them into a blog post for you to try out. If you are looking for something new to try, here are my recommendations for 2021 spring beauty must-haves.

Facial Skincare

My recent favorite GO-TO skincare products are these four products: beauty Oil and beauty water by Elaluz; eye mask and facial mask by HHA.

I bought both the Beauty Oil and All Day Beauty Water myself to support a blogger idol of mine (Camila Coelho). After using the Beauty Oil for 3 days, I noticed my pores on my cheek were significantly minimized!! In fact, they almost became not noticeable!! To be honest, I have never used any skincare product that would have this rapid visible positive result in just 3 DAYS!! I was AMAZED at the results and started sharing them with all of my friends. Many of my supportive friends bought it and 95% of those who tried all LOVED it for similar reasons! The All Day Beauty Water smells amazing and refreshing. It can be used as a toner as well as setting spray and it works well for both purposes, a perfect product to take with you for travels.

The HHA Eye Mask first impressed me with its built. It is designed perfectly and sits on your eye seamlessly. It contains 6 core ingredients to firm the skin which many high-end skincare products use. I noticed a visible improvement after just one mask. The best part it is only $28!! The Bio-Brightening Facial Mask is also a GEM. It uses high-quality natural bio-fiber membrane which makes it feel good on your skin. It deeply moisturizes and brightens your skin.

Lip Care

I have tried at least 15 different lip moisturizers. I rated Elaluz 24k Lip Therapy as number 1 for its quality and value. I love the fact it does not have any taste or smell, which to me is very important when it comes to lip treatment. It keeps your lip moisturized for a LONG TIME just with one application. La Prairie Anti-Aging Eye and Lip Perfection à Porter is also amazing because first of all it is convenient, perfect for light travelers, and secondly the lip balm is also tasteless and it not only moisturizes well but adds a light shine to your lip.

To keep your lip in great shape, on top of using lip balm, you also should do a scrub once a week to get rid of dead/dry skin. I love this Sugar Lip Polish exfoliator by Fresh. It makes you feel your lip is renewed after use. Lastly, don’t forget to provide some sun protection for your lip too! My personal favorite is Sugar Lip Balm Sunscreen SPF 15 by Fresh.

Sun Protection

If you only apply sunscreen in summer, you are not doing it right; if you only apply sunscreen once a day, you are not doing it right; if you don’t apply sunscreen at all, you would probably be in trouble later on. We need sunscreen ALL YEAR long, rain or shine. We also need to apply a couple of times a day regardless of what SPF index sunscreen you are using. Here are a few of my favorite sun protection I have tried and loved over the years. The Shiseido Anessa sunscreen is my all-time favorite because one it does not smell, two it doesn’t make you feel oily after application; three it is long-lasting waterproof sunscreen for the face & body! What more could you ask from sunscreen. Supergoop sunscreens are super sheer and don’t have any strong smell either and they are water and sweat resistant. Either of these four products will make you happy through the upcoming sunny days!

Fragrance

Though I am quite open-minded when it comes to clothes, I am quite traditional when it comes to fragrance. I know what I like and I stick to what I like. Over the years, I have only found the below four perfumes that I am absolutely in love with
