Cashmere Love
Of all the different materials for clothing out there, cashmere has to be my favorite for winter. Soft and comfy, cashmere sweaters have always been my absolutely go-to pieces of clothing in the winter time, when I don’t feel like putting too much effort.
This cashmere sweater and skirt set is by Cashmere Song. My first encounter with Cashmere Song was at the 2015’s FashioNXT. Till today, I still remember how I was wow-ed when I saw her collection on the T-stage. It is funny how 3 years later, I bought this sets of cashmere in China without knowing the brand and turned out it is by Cashmere Song!
I love the fact that this sweater is two toned. I also love the woven pattern which makes it way more interesting than plain white sweater pieces. The skirt has two interesting details that I am obsessed with: one is the pearl decoration on the slit and the second is the unique woven pattern which compliments it.
In addition to this one-of-a-kind sweater set, I grabbed my Zara Transparent Handbag which is an item I’ve been dying to talk to you guys about. What I love so much about this bag is, well, that it’s transparent! This is a key accessory to have in your closet because it picks up any accent colors from your clothes and blends in to match with anything! With this look, it created the perfect icy and wintery feel, which added to the total value of my outfit for the day.
For accessories, I wore my favorite apm ring coupled with my new Daniel Wellington watch and bracelet set. The white and silvery tones of the bracelet gave an elegant touch to my all-light outfit and the simple design of the watch was perfect finishing touch. On a cold day such as today, most people would prefer to stay indoors and wear their least favorite clothing because they would be worried that their kick-ass white boots, amazingly soft and beautiful cashmere set, or light grey coat would get rained on and muddy. Well, I say to all those people to beat these gloomy rainy days! To wear what they want to wear because our clothes are meant to be worn! I can tell you first hand, that taking the risk is well worth it because today I feel beautiful, bright, and elegant on what I would have considered an undesirable day.
